Handcrafted from English rippled sycamore, these sculptural side tables are designed as an interlocking pair, able to function together or independently. When combined, the forms create a softened yin-yang composition, while individually each table takes on a shape reminiscent of a leaf or flowing natural form.

The design explores balance, symmetry, and movement through subtle organic geometry and carefully refined contours. The highly figured sycamore was selected for its depth and natural variation within the grain, which shifts with changing light across the curved surfaces.

Each table is individually shaped and finished by hand before being treated with satin Osmo oil and burnished to create a soft tactile sheen that enhances the figure of the timber. Designed as both functional furniture and sculptural objects, the pair are intended to work flexibly within a space while maintaining a strong visual relationship with one another.
